About Me
I’m Silvestar, and I have been working in IT for more than 15 years. Technology fascinated me from my early teenage years and has remained an important part of both my professional and personal life ever since. I was born and raised in Altenkirchen in the Westerwald region of Germany.
My main area of expertise is Identity & Access Management. I was particularly drawn to the combination of security, complex technical environments and precise attention to detail. Over the years, I have worked extensively with solutions from Novell, NetIQ, Micro Focus and OpenText, including eDirectory, Identity Manager, Access Manager and GroupWise.
My experience also includes Linux administration as well as PKI, certificate management and secure enterprise infrastructures.
As an AI Integration Expert, I now combine traditional enterprise IT with artificial intelligence, automation and modern workflows. My focus is not on adding technology wherever possible, but on creating real value. Solutions should work reliably, remain understandable and make everyday work easier for the user.
I take a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach. There is a sensible solution to almost every technical challenge — often by simplifying structures and looking at the problem from a different perspective.
My goal is to create sustainable solutions, secure structures and technology that feels as “izy” as possible for the user.
